Welcome to Silk Scarves Colorado online shop! I have created every one of my silk scarves with great love, attention to detail, and passion. I feel very happy when my customers are happy with the scarves of their choice.

My silk scarves have been painted with vibrant non-toxic dyes and then steam-set for permanence of colors, in a clean, smoke-free environment in the gorgeous Colorado Rockies.

All my scarves come beautifully wrapped in colors matching the colors of the scarf. My packaging is handmade - unique and elegant, and ecologically friendly.

Every single scarf in my shop is hand painted and one-of-a-kind, so when you order a made-to-order scarf, please know that it will be created from scratch and done all by hand, using free-style painting on silk. No two scarves can be created just the same, so there might be some minor variations in your made-to-order scarf.


  • Payment
When you find the scarf/scarves of your choice, you can make a purchase using PayPal.

PayPal allows you to make a credit card payment through their system, without the need to have a PayPal account.


  • Shipping Directly to the Recipient
I will contact you immediately after you make the purchase to let you know when exactly you can expect to have your scarf/scarves shipped. Usually, that happens about 2-4 days after placing your order.

If the scarf you ordered is a gift for a friend or relative, I will gladly ship directly to the recipient. Please include the correct address of the recipient at checkout, or send me a message with your special instructions. If you have paid for domestic US shipping but would like to the scarf to eb shipped internationally - please contact me, and we will arrange the additional payment through PayPal.

I never include any invoices in my packaging (PayPal provides it online for both parties in each transaction).



  • SHIPPING - Domestic and International

Domestic US shipping - via USPS Priority Mail.  It is a 2-Day delivery to most US cities (It takes 3 days only to smaller towns that are not USPS hubs).

Canada and Worldwide shipping - via USPS First Class International Mail. Shipping time varies. It usually is 1-3 weeks, depending on the speed of the local mail services as well as the speed of processing of international parcels by the local Customs offices.

Foreign Customs Offices may apply additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Please know that I am not responsible for any local Customs Duties, Taxes, Tariffs or Fees when shipping outside the territory of the USA. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local Customs Office for further information about their policies.


CHRISTMAS/ HOLIDAYS-SEASON SHIPPING - Canadian & International customers - please consider going for USPS Priority International Mail Shipping after Dec.5th!! Regular First Class International parcels shipped after Dec.5, might not make it on time for Christmas!!

I offer upgrades to Expedited Mail - please send me an email if you are interested and we can arrange it. In case you would like to go for faster shipping - like USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail - this is also possible.



  • Refunds and Exchanges
It is my dream and intention that all my customers are pleased, satisfied and happy with my work or my customer support. I will issue a refund if, for any reason, the customer is not happy with the quality my art work.

Please return the scarf to me within 10 days of receiving it, in its original condition - USPS Tracking system marks the exact day of delivery. Customer should pay all shipping costs for the returned item. I cannot refund shipping fees for a returned scarf. The refund will be issued within 10 business days after I receive the item back.

Please ship back the returned scarf using a shipping method that allows you tracking or insurance. Silk Scarves Colorado will not be responsible for any parcels shipped by another party - so please keep all the tracking details for the returned scarf until you receive your refund.

  • Gifts for Third Parties
In the case when a scarf is purchased as A GIFT FOR A THIRD PARTY  – please note that almost all buyers require that no information about the transaction should be revealed to the recipients.

So, I will not reveal the price of the scarf to the recipient, I will not cash back the price of the scarf to the recipient, or will not exchange the gift scarf sent to the recipient for another scarf of recipient’s choice.

  • Additional Policies - Custom Orders:

Custom orders are welcome. If you would like any of the designs you see in my shop recreated in a special way, in a different color palette, or a different size – please, send me a message with your vision and your requirements, and I will be happy to create the scarf you are dreaming about.

I do not offer refunds on any custom-made scarves that have been personalized for the recipient - for example, with a person's name /company logo/ wedding date/ special message hand-written onto the scarf itself.
